Tumbling Classes

Tumbling is basically floor gymnastics, flipping and twisting on the spring floor. We divide classes by levels, not ages typically.

  • Intro to Tumbling – develop strong foundations for tumbling
    • Somersaults, front and back rolls
    • Bridges
    • Cartwheels
  • Level 1 Tumbling – athletes with some previous experience or perfection of intro to tumbling skills
    • Cartwheels
    • Roundoffs
    • Handstands
    • Kickovers and Walkovers
  • Level 2 Tumbling – should master level 1 skills
    • Back Handsprings
    • Front Handsprings
    • Roundoff Back Handsprings
