Tumbling Classes
Tumbling is basically floor gymnastics, flipping and twisting on the spring floor. We divide classes by levels, not ages typically.
- Intro to Tumbling – develop strong foundations for tumbling
- Somersaults, front and back rolls
- Bridges
- Cartwheels
- Level 1 Tumbling – athletes with some previous experience or perfection of intro to tumbling skills
- Cartwheels
- Roundoffs
- Handstands
- Kickovers and Walkovers
- Level 2 Tumbling – should master level 1 skills
- Back Handsprings
- Front Handsprings
- Roundoff Back Handsprings
